We use your name and address in only one way. That is to enable you to receive your free travel brochures and vacation guides in the mail. If you choose to provide your e-mail address, it is made available to the travel organizations for the destinations you select so that they (usually state travel bureaus and CVB's) may provide you with additional event, vacation and travel information.

Each of our participating travel organizations whose guides you ask for receives a request from us advising them to please send their material to you.

We do not rent, sell, share or make available your name in any other way to any other organizations. We have never done so over the last 21 years. We understand that occasionally a participating organization may share their data with member organizations. For example, if you ask for information about a state, some of the cities in that state might send you additional literature in the mail to provide more detailed information to you.

We have contracted with Yahoo to monitor certain pages of our Web site for the purpose of reporting web traffic, statistics etc. For that purpose, we have authorized Yahoo to use cookies. No personally identifiable information is collected by or transferred to Yahoo.
